Coty
Goldtone, pressed powder compact. Glossy finish with aqua plastic
shoulder and lip insert. Incised lid, cartouche logo, signed case, framed
metallic mirror. 2 1/4" x 1 ½" x 3/4". Gold tone metal is worn on edges
and some scratches on top edge. Page 21 30.00
Loose powder compact with enameled dot on lid. Some powder and
original puff in tact. Framed metallic mirror in good shape. 35.00
Dorothy Gray
Gold toned, loose powder, vanity case. Modern design case with leather
belt style accents on gold metal. Powder insert, but no puff or mirror.
Attached lipstick which acts as a spring lid release, signed case. 3 3/8" x
2 3/4" x3/8". Engraved G.C.B. Belt buckle motif is worn on raised edges.
Lipstick holder shows wear and is empty. 40.00
Emrich
Brass, loose powder container. Framed, beveled mirror loose in frame
with some cracks in paint on mirror. No puff, fine mesh powder sifter
with one worn spot. Outside of case in very good condition, with art
deco flowers on top by hinge. 30.00
Richard Hudnut
White metal, pressed powder compact. Blue enamel with 5 small chips
and circular pattern in white metal. There is one full circle and 2
half circles on the top and bottom of the whole circle. Spring hinged
lid, framed metallic mirror, singed case. Original puff, and half of
powder remains. Octagonal shape as on page 21, #1. 35.00
Gold and silver toned compact with chevron design on outside. Original
puff for powder only. Original powder, rouge and lipstick! Incised
metallic mirror in excellent shape. 65.00
Stratton
Enameled flower design on top of this sifted loose powder compact.
Incised mirrow is in excellent shape, but there is not powder and
no puff. 30.00
Volupte
Gold toned carryall clutch. Gold metal with vertical line design on lid.
Hinged double metallic mirror. The left hand contains loose powder with
original puff, blush with original puff, and lip gloss. Case has some worn
spots on surface. 65.00
Gold toned, loose powder, vanity case. Split chevron design with two
rows of chevrons divided by a mauve enamel stripe in the base of each
"v" and in between the two rows of chevrons. The mauve enamel is on
the back of the case and is a little worn on the right front corner.
Spring lid, framed metallic mirror, insert for second rouge or lip gloss
is missing, no puff. 40.00
Miscellaneous
Speckled loose powder vanity with rouge. Almost a marbled effect; very
deco! Has original powder and rouge and puffs. This does not have a
spring latch like the others. There is a latch you pull up on to open it.
The mirror is not incised, but it is in great shape! 45.00
